Free Online PDF Tools — Merge, Split, Rotate & Compress PDF

Our free online PDF tools let you perform the most common PDF operations directly in your browser — no account, no upload, no subscription. Choose from four tools: Merge PDF, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, and Compress PDF.

Everything runs client-side using the open-source pdf-lib library. Your files never leave your device, making this a fully private alternative to tools like ilovepdf or smallpdf.

Tool Guide

🔗 Merge PDF

Combine two or more PDF files into a single document. Upload files in the order you want them merged and click Merge & Download. The result is a single PDF containing all pages from all files.

✂️ Split PDF

Extract specific pages from a PDF using page ranges. Enter ranges like 1-3,5,7-9 to create separate PDF files for each range. Useful for extracting chapters, invoices, or individual sections.

🔄 Rotate PDF

Fix landscape pages, scanned documents, or sideways content. Choose a rotation angle (+90°, +180°, +270°, or −90°) and optionally specify which page numbers to rotate. Leave the pages field blank to rotate all pages.

📦 Compress PDF

Reduce PDF file size by re-encoding the document with object stream compression. Most effective on text-heavy and vector-graphic PDFs. After compression, you see the before and after file sizes.
